Arrested Person And Seized Goods To Be Produced Before The Judicial authority
Any person arrested or goods seized by the Narcotic Drugs Control
Officer under this Act shall be produced before ♥ the Judicial Authority within twenty four hours of such arrest or seizure excluding the period of journey from
the place of arrest to such Authority.
